      <description>Any of two species of hummingbirds in the &lt;em&gt;Chalybura&lt;/em&gt; genus, called "Plumeleteers" because their undertail &lt;a href="/words/covert"&gt;covert&lt;/a&gt;s are tiny downy plumes (rather than flat feathers, as with most other birds).</description>
