I thought it was pratincole. Cause the name makes me giggle.

The Black-Winged Pranticole's breeding area ranges from Romania east through Ukraine to southwest Russia and north Kazakhstan. Though unremarkable in appearance, the bird is notable for its incredibly long migrations; it winters in southern Africa. It has been classified as "near threatened" on the International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources (IUCN) Red List.
