      <description>Slang for the round military caps usually worn with dress uniforms.  Pilots who wore their wheel-caps with their flight suit (rather than the flight cap which could be folded into a zipped pocket) were regarded as eccentric &lt;a href="/words/fuddy duddy"&gt;fuddy duddy&lt;/a&gt;s.</description>
