intense and nobody guessed it, but 4 out of 7 players said

tenacious. Nobody guessed it either but we'll let it slide because she's a
noob.

rapprochemental. Only 1 player out of 7 guessed it, and he didn't even believe it himself!

dissociative. No two people guessed the same word for him, but one person did get it right.

sophistical and 2 out of 7 figured it out. Which disappoints him greatly.

John joined in late, and I was sure that careful observers would be able to identify his word as the "new one" in the list. So I blamed c_b for "forgetting" him and the diversion worked perfectly. That is, until John blew his own cover and fessed up. Didn't seem to make a difference in the long run, though.
If anybody wants to play other games like this in the future, let me know. We can do the same thing and pick different adjectives, or maybe try a variation. It's a good argument for a private messaging feature, so you can send me your secret words without using e-mail or Facebook. Just a thought, for those who might be opposed to the idea.

I think Metalist is a Ukranian football team. You're right about uselessness. I was new to Wordie when this happened, so I was too shy to take part.

Moist always was one of my least favorite words. My sister used to tease me by putting all my most hated words in one sentence: "Would you like a moist package of ointment with your meal?" Only she forgot "sleeper."
It sounds like moist is quickly becoming c_b's least favorite word.
