This is fairly self-explanatory, I think. I get wildly distracted in the dictionary. I've been known to go off on multiple tangents to the point where I forget the original reason why I came to the dictionary in the first place.
I have a similar list, Lessons of Wordie. Although looking it over, I see I've forgotten what some of them mean. Maybe I should start a list of words I once knew. Or ones I can never remember the meaning of, like hermeneutics.

Laiane, you're likely in good company. That phenomenon is one of the reasons it's so hard to get away from Wordie and do something else--like work, maybe.

Reminds me of this party I went to some years ago in a big apartment building. I was having a blast, but after a few hours I noticed none of my friends had shown up, and realized I was on the wrong floor, and at the wrong party.
