How about sell the buick or just buick? It's probably an Americanism, but I've heard it more than a few times. I was told that, like "ralph," the word "buick" is onomatopoetic for the sound of vomiting. *adds to Creative Onomatopoeia list*

How about dry heave? My mom always says spit up, which strikes me as grosser than any other term... except your listed "liquid scream," which made me laugh so hard I wanted to hurl.

I've never heard snarf used in the sense of vomit--is that a Britishism? Here it means you spit something out your nose, as in, "Bill said something funny while I was drinking and I nearly snarfed my coffee!" I suppose that could be a synonym for a particularly forceful bout of vomiting. Similarly, I've always heard toss used with cookies as in toss your cookies, but I like tacos better. Ha! And doing an ipecac shot can be fun.
