And if deities are people, then you've got jovial, venereal, martial, apollonian, vestal, plutonian, cereal, etc. And then there are lots from the Bible: adamic, mosaic, johannine, pauline, simoniac, etc., not to mention christian. I apologize if you have already listed some of these.

The temptation to compose bogus retronyms and etymologies is, of course, irresistible. For instance, quater, the hamiltonian professor of mathematics after whom quaternions are named. Or burl ives, a popular entertainer of the 20th century who suffered from a rare disorder which caused him occasionally to begin to disrobe on stage, from which the term burlesque is derived. Refer also to ecdysias, mentioned by galen as having the same disorder. and so on.

my favorite, shavian. Also, jeffersonian. Jacob yields several variations, each with a slightly different nuance - jacobin, jacobian, jacobean, jacobite.
