Sionnach, actually people from Pag are Pažani. And they're all Dalmatians!
And my favorite watering hole in the village of Heath?
drumroll please ..
Why, it's the Heath bar, of course.
Then there are those odd folks from the county of pag, known as pagans. Perhaps I'd better stop now.
Heathen. From the village of Heath.
skip, if it's any consolation, I totally thought of asteroids.
cricket, you make me smile. You are *definitely* not supposed to know that word.
c_b, thanks for the subtlety. :)
Hmmmmm. Considering my geography teacher is out of his mind with homework, I should be able to figure that out. Oh well. I'm probably not supposed to know the word anyway.
When I lived in Vermont, we had a word for people (specifically drivers) from Connecticut, but I don't want to repeat it. It isn't very nice. You add an N to a strategic location in the word.
Wouldn't it be a Connecti-cutie?
BLAHAHAHAHA!!!
We like to think that it sounds more like "asteroids" than "hemorrhoids..."
My sympathies, skipvia. ;->
Those of us that live in Ester, Alaska, call ourselves Esteroids.
A 'Senockian' is someone from Sevenoaks, Kent, England.
Does that make everyone else a Disconnecticutter, etc?
Connecticutter? Connecticite? Connecticutan?
Love this list. How about Wyomingites.
