I agree with Prolagus that hexakosioihexekontahexaphobia belongs on this list as does paraskavedekatriaphobia. At least that was my thought when I first stumbled upon the word. (How does one "stumble" upon such a word?)

apparently kissingcrust is "the portion of the upper crust of a loaf which has touched another loaf in baking" (source). I definitely did an IHAN?! doubletake.

Wow! What a list! All the cartoon-y ones are on another list of mine. Cere I know by heart, being a birdy sort of person, and a few others seem fairly well known. Punt, obdormition, paresthesia, and pandiculation are already listed. You will never, ever find me listing anything that has to do with the erstwhile senator of PA, ever! (Don't ask.) And the sheep's butt one is just too much. But the rest I'll put on the list. :-)

Heres a bundle of them that I didn't find in the list

TITTLE - the dot over a lower case letter "i"
CERE - the fleshy part of the beaks of some birds such as the parakeet (budgie) containing the nostrils and situated between the vertical plane of the face and the hard part of the beak.
GLABELLA (also known as the 'Garcia') - is the space between the eyebrows above the nasal bridge.

Pre-skelf splinters. Hmm....

The house I grew up in was full of free range splinters lurking where one least expected. Do they have a special name, too? Or are they just plain old pre-skelf splinters?

No kidding? Thanks, frindley! I had no idea there were so many specific types of splinters. :-) Also, I found that the word has another definition, somewhat related, I think: "A small or slight person; one who is a nuisance." Heehee.

skelf (courtesy OED WOTD): A sliver or splinter, usu. of wood, esp. one lodged in the skin.
To be honest, I would have called that a splinter, although I see some point in it being a splinter that has lodged in the skin, as opposed to a free-range or recently removed splinter.

Already added, but with the "philtrum" spelling. It was actually one of the words that inspired the list.

filtrum is another that could be added to the list. It is one of the first things that I think of when someone says "It Has a Name??"
