You have found the meaning of life. The pure essence of humanity! (I agree. I could tattoo that message on those pics on my forehead most of my mornings.)
Does this remind us of somebody? ;-) Forgive me, I've been wanting to post a few comments on your blog but for the life of me can't manage to do it. Just let me say here it's thoughtfulness is both striking and entertaining.
The berries are "cloudberries". (Lakka | muurain.) Quite expensive ones, they are common on the northen swamps, but you can find them in the southen part of Finland as well.. Some people think cloudberry liquer is nectar of The Gods, but I personally hate it. I think I am blue(and rasp)berry person myself. -- And strawberry. I grew up in a place called Strawberry Hill.
Lea Lea! I received a postcard today from Finland with some kind of orange berries pictured. All the card says about the picture is 'lakkoja rasiassa'. Can you please tell me what kind of berries they are?
We have a bit of spare sunlight here, although I must say it's of the bleak and extremely hot variety. Anyway, I'll put some in a jar and send it over for you to try out.
I mega-loved the sketches on your blog Lea - funny and biting themes, appealing designs and interesting variation in the backgrounds and the overall look of the frames (eg. the black balloons in the Hate panel. Especially snortled at the queen and the flowers, top stuff!
I just got Vista. I surely hope it involves this convenient little java program you mentioned... among all the other weird things it carries in its huge whale belly.

Lea,
what's the name of Mr. Clean in Finland? If it's different from those listed here, can you add it?
Ah, so these are cloudberries! Thanks for the explanation. Mmm, berries :-)

That would be great on a toast.

Sanna is also a common family name in Sassari, Sardinia.
Call it woman's intuition. Sometimes it actually works... ;o]
And you already answered my second question. Thanks!
Yes. Sanna is quite common Finnish name (women only). Sanni too.
Might as well ask you, Lea :-) Is Sanna a Finnish name?
Thank you, Bilby!

Vista ... best thing I can say is that it rhymes with barrista :-)
A cup, a cup, a cup, a cup, a cup!

I only click Java links that cause fresh coffee to pour forth from the USB port.
Me neither.
Coffee to you too!
