The Hierophant was once known as the revealer of mysteries. Recently however, he has become more mystified than mysterious; he deals more with questions and provides fewer answers. He is currently requesting a demotion to Daduchos (δᾳδοῦχος), the torch-bearer, but this request has not been approved by the Master of the Order. In his spare time, the Hierophant scours the Athenaeum of Light for unread tomes. He likes Joyce, Atwood, Marquez, Nabokov, Tolkien, Zelazny, Powers, Banks (Iain), Toibin, Herbert, Eco, Eliot, Thomas (Dylan), Tennyson, Blake and Vance. To name a few. For the Art of the Muses he listens to Yamagata, Dylan (Bob), Joel (Billy), Wir Sind Helden, Rammstein and not much else.
