I'm a writer of books, articles, and screenplays. At age 50, thanks to a loving wife, I got to attend UCLA's graduate screenwriting program. I just had a script produced for the first time--SUMMER OF THE FLYING SAUCER. (Actually, the script was so changed, I'm not sure if I should take any credit for the movie, bgut at least they kept my title.)
My latest book is Words of a Feather. It contains 150 (sometimes funny) mini-essays on doublets--words that are etymologically linked but that seem semantically unrelated. Currently, my company--Point Reyes Pictures--is in preproduction of its first feature movie THE ESP AFFAIR. Our executive producer is Scott Rosenfelt, whose movies include SMOKE SIGNALS and MYSTIC PIZZA. We plan to shoot in March 2007. At the moment, we're looking for a memorable title song.
