An old-fashioned candy that is light and airy, which is the reason it is called seafoam.
Clearly, you're not using your seafoam-colored glasses.
There's something I've never understood about seafoam (or sea foam) as a color word. All the seafoam I've ever seen is white. I've never seen any green seafoam.
Why? Why?
