Hoboken, Hackensack and Weehawken are my three favourite New Jersey locations.

We'll put it in a three-ligature circus.

You know what they'd say in Hoboken? "Hey molly, I got your Circe right he-a!"

It's a strike because of claims that it's English when it's Latin (genitive of Aeaea, the island on which Circe lived). I don't see any evidence that it's naturalized in English. But I wouldn't mind listing it if I had an appropriate list.

How is not English a strike, Monsieur Panvocalic Polyglot?

Nobody is listing vowelhound. Why don't you?

I dunno, it just doesn't grab me. Not monovocalic, not panvocalic, not English--three strikes.

Surprises me that a vowelhound like mollusque hasn't listed this yet.
