Yeah. I know what they are. I don't know why they're spelled chitterlings, though, when nobody EVER says it that way. They're chitlins!Prob'ly because pronouncing it "chit-ter-lings" might could get you killed, some places. :)P.S. Skip? Have you eaten these? Or... cleaned them?
