Really, I knew the Japanese had odd tendencies but I'm stumped as to what they were getting at here. Restaurant names list in the making?
It seems to me that hairdressers are often looking for something unusual in their names. Curl Up And Dye sticks in the mind. In Germany I used to walk past a salon called Hairkiller on my way to town. I don't think this name quite had the impact they wanted. But think of all the money you'll save on shampoo in the long run.
I've seen a picture taken by my cousin of a restaurant sign in the Ginza district of Tokyo: "Cabbages & Condoms"!! Do you suppose it's engrish for condiments?
Oh, that was a terrible joke from my college days: grab some ketchup packets in the cafeteria, approach a lunching friend and loudly proclaim "I found your condoments by the cash register... you really shouldn't leave those things lying around..."
One can only guess!

Name of a town in France. Unsurprisingly, their town name-signs keep getting tea-leafed.
If by emergencies you mean the weekend!
The telltale circle impression in one's wallet..... for emergencies

Practice safe eating. Use a condiment. Whoops - wrong word.
"Condoms aren't completely safe. A friend of mine was wearing one and got hit by a bus." -Bob Rubin
As in, "My Grandma just bought a condom in the city!" It's not an entirely unreasonable abbreviation for condominium.
